Ainslie IGA is more than just a supermarket.
We have shaped our family business over 57 years and three generations, striving for improvement year after year. At Ainslie IGA family extends beyond bloodline, we have staff and customers who have been with us since it all began.
Ainslie IGA focus heavily on personalised service, seasonal, sustainable and ethically sourced products as well as a range of nutritious products suitable for any diet and lifestyle. As a local supermarket you can count on us to supply traditional staple products needed for day to day family living.
Sustainability efforts are a priority of the supermarket; we are constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint while simultaneously encouraging locals to do the same. You can find a soft-plastic bin service for the community at the back of our store, we are fighting the war on plastic with self-imposed restrictions and by adopting reusable container schemes, plus our efforts to upcycle produce occurs daily.
The supermarket hosts a full-service delicatessen, an in-house butcher, chef and cheesemonger with extensive knowledge, as well as our boutique Ainslie Cellars bottle-shop right next door.
Over time, the supermarket has evolved and grown with the community while staying true to our roots and listening to customer feedback to ensure a premium shopping experience and the delivery of quality products.
The store has won many major IGA Regional and National awards over the years, most notably in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019.
