Each year The Ainslie Butcher builds its portfolio by focusing around more higher welfare and organic products including restaurant grade Wagyu, expanding their range of house-made sausages, and freshly butchered cuts with in-house marinades.
Our skilled team packages all the classic and more adventurous cuts of meat, alternatively the team are more than happy to freshly cut any piece of meat to order.

Wagyu Beef
